I booked this annual service on line but when I tried to contact the dealer by phone to discuss details I got no response and no reply to the message left. When I arrived with the vehicle the receptionist had no record of my appointment and only when she found the assigned Advisor did things start to come together. The service itself was comprehensive, conducted in reasonable time and the detailing made it look like a new vehicle. The whole dealership is in the middle of a major rebuild so they can be forgiven if the waiting lounge is not up to their normal standards.

I order a 2019 Jaguar I-Pace from this dealership. We negotiated down to a reasonable price (highly discounted) and terms and then the finance person even offered 0% financing even though I was buying a 2019 car. This was fantastic. When the car was delivered to Denver, the delivery company scratched up the front end and then lied about doing it. The dealership handled this gracefully and I was able to get my car paint fixed to my satisfaction at an affiliated dealership here in Denver with them picking up the tab. They are very professional and a great business with which to do a deal.

I purchased my vehicle from Central Jaguar. The service is always great. I recently had to take it in for covered repairs and was immediately offered a loaner vehicle which helped me out tremendously. It was 10 days later when I received my vehicle back. The actual process of getting some of the work done under my coverage was less than smooth, I was told some misinformation and ended up having to pay a minimal amount but it worked out in the end. The service manager also agreed to cover the cost of the labor, taxes and fees to replace a covered tire on my vehicle. I am grateful and appreciative for his understanding. So, inspite of a few minor bumps, my overall experience was great! To everyone in the service department at Central Jaguar, THANK YOU!

She's been here awhile and I wish I had known about her for our past purchases. We basically like to test drive then deal over the phone and via text to limit the time sitting around the dealership and she was brilliant. This is our third Land Rover purchase from this dealership and no one has known all the nitty gritty details of each model like she does. Our previous purchase was from another Land Rover dealership in Houston, far away from our home, mainly because the service department here was subpar. With the new management, and new showroom construction beginning soon we are thrilled to see the positive changes taking place.

Dealership needs to dramatically increase loaner car program to stay competitive with other luxury dealers service department. Wait was six weeks,for loaner and my vehicle needed a repair that could not wait. Had to rent a vehicle while repair took a week. This is an investment that can payoff with exposure to new models Repair was performed under warranty and service was great.

Mike helped me so much when I had a hose break and an engine overheating issue. Even during the busy holiday season he managed to get me in and out in a timely fashion. I am so grateful for Mike.

Just bought a 2016 LR4 HSE. love it! The sales rep AJ was fantastic. Only issue I had was with the finance manager that was there. I was told he normally doesn’t work at the central location and I didn’t catch his name. He told us that they do not do out of state financing (they do) and he was just a straight up dick with attitude. I had already been pre approved with my bank in AK with a good interest rate. He tried make it so that I had to go with their financing with a 10.9 rate! And when I called him out on his attitude he put his hands up and left the office and didn’t say a word. That’s when Reese took over and did a great job from then on. So thanks to everyone there except that one jerk. Wish I had his name.

I have been servicing my 2016 XJ-R Sport there since I bought it. I have been very happy with the experience. Specific areas worthy of note are the: 1) convenience - never waited for an appointment and they always drop me off at and pick me up from work without delay; 2) quality of advice given (even on a 2005 XJ8L I used to own but did not take there which is too old for them to support) and; (3) knowledge, positive demeanor and customer service attitude of the staff I have dealt with.

I brought by vehicle in to have some work done, per a recall. The work was completed, but at some point while my vehicle was at the dealership, something happened and my rear glass now had a large crack in it. I realized this right after picking my car up. I phoned James back and reported what I found. He asked me to bring the car in. After about a week or so going back and forth with the dealership, they have done the right thing and are replacing the glass. I can't say enough positive things about James and the Service Department. James was patient with my calls and emails and personally replied to me multiple times. Great Job James and the Service Team. My glass is scheduled for replacement next week.

I brought my car in for service and I was able to see the service advisor on time. The confirmation of work to be done was accurate and the loaner car was available as requested. The car needed the passenger airbag replaced. The service advisor noticed that there was another Factory recall. This was also scheduled. The car should be available tomorrow. So far so good.

Service adviser was friendly and professional. However, my loaner car was VERY dirty inside. It appears that loaner cars are only washed on the outside but mine had empty coke can, dirty fork and a few other items left inside by the previous user. My service adviser very kindly made some compensation which I appreciated but I was not happy to drive a dirty vehicle. Hopefully they will check to see if the loaner car is clean the next time .

I have been to all the Land Rover service departments in Houston, along with most of the Lexus and BMW depts, and Central is by far the most efficient, knowledgeable and upfront period. I actually enjoy going to get my vehicle serviced!

I was in the process of purchasing a preowned vehicle from Jaguar Houston Central through AJ. As I live in LA, I had scheduled to fly to Houston to sign the paperwork and pick up my car when Hurricane Harvey began to wreak havoc on Houston. During this time, although the dealership was closed, AJ stayed in close contact with me via text to update me on any status changes and to follow up on further outstanding items to expedite the purchase process. As soon as Harvey retreated, Jaguar Houston Central resumed operations, and AJ happily notified me that my car had been untouched! 😊 I booked my flight to Houston and got to meet the hospitable AJ! He was so helpful and handed me off to Maribel, the Finance Manager, who was wonderful and made the generally tedious paperwork process so seamless and bearable. Highly recommend this dealership housed with professional, yet personable staff!

Had original appointment the day after Hurricane Harvey's landfall. Reasonable for them to be closed but no notification made. Phone call or email would have been nice. When I called to reschedule, they accommodated my request to not wait another week. While waiting on service, several employees checked on me. There was no service charge, per the norm, and they took care of the cost of a small cap/cover. This was my first maintenance service, and I was on my way rather quickly. Missing star is related to scheduling department (typically located elsewhere in networks of dealerships) dropping the ball and not letting me know they were closed or making an effort to reschedule.

For the second time l had the best experience with this place!! Two quick phone calls, everything ready when l show up, everything lined up as promised, and after a short signing session... voilá; driving home in my new car�� Thank you so much Donna Watkins and Randy Calabro�� 5 star service and a 5 star car!

Cedric in new car sales wrapped up what he was doing and took us for a few test drives and we selected our new Land Rover. Went into the finance office and Terri was fast and effiecent. The entire staff did a great job from start to finish. My service advisor Michael Quinones was very friendly and professional. Also the drivers that drop me off and pick me up when my vehicle was ready were friendly.

I had to go in for an errant transmission sensor that kept turning on when there was no issue with the transmission. Kudos to Michael Quinones and the service tech for taking the time to figure out the underlying issue and make sure it was resolved. Always excellent service here.

Professional and fast replies to email inquiry...Only downfall is the dealer didn't lean forward to reach out for potential customers who could be persuaded to purchase a particular vehicle or maybe another in their inventory. We are very happy with our buying experience at Land Rover Houston Central. We visited several other luxury car dealers (BMW, Mercedes, Audi) and on a relative basis our experience here exceeded all others. We contacted the dealership through an Internet posting, somebody called us right away, we came in the next morning and bought the car. Unlike all other dealerships, we spoke with our salesman, the Sales Manager and the GM. Nobody was too important or too busy to take the time (and courtesy) to meet us. Our salesman, Elton Love, was great. A true professional who stayed on top of our purchase. We were scheduled to pick up our car on his day off, but he had an associate call to update me our vehicle (we bought certified Pre-owned). The only issue we had was when my wife called their service department directly to ask about our car. My wife said her name and said she was calling on her white Range Rover...the guy who answered responded "well, I have about 20 of those here right now"...to which my wife responded "how many of those 20 have my name associated with them?" My wife is a busy business executive with little tolerance for this type of talk. This said, she was delighted with the purchase process otherwise and our salesman, Elton.

Met with a salesman who showed me the car and answered all questions I had with ample time for test drive. Got a call when plates came in and got them on. Overall a good buying experience having bought several cars before.
