November is always a big month for automakers. Auto shows are springing up around the world at SEMA in Las Vegas, the L.A. Auto Show in California, and the Tokyo Auto Show gearing up in Japan. Obviously Jaguar will have a part to play in at several of these events, but we recently learned that the Auto Show in Los Angeles will be the focus as a new vehicle is to be debuted by our favorite British automaker.

If you can remember all the way back to 2011 when Jaguar was just beginning to introduce the notion of a sports car in its lineup of new vehicles, it released the C-X16 concept. This was the precursor to the massively popular F-TYPE that we know today, but with one major difference. The concept had a roof.

The C-X16 was a coupe. Now it has been announced that a Coupe version of the new F-TYPE will be revealed on the L.A. stage. Jaguar has released exactly one image of this new coupe, taken from a direct bird's eye view. Jaguar fans will be happy to know that you are unlikely to feel too "cooped" up in this new car because the new roof is really just one big piece of glass.

Of course we are dying to learn more about this new F-TYPE Coupe, and you can be sure that we will stick with this story and report on it here on our blog. To find out more about the F-TYPE, please call or stop by the Jaguar Houston Central showroom located at 7025 Old Katy Road Houston, TX. We hope to see you soon.
