It seems that Jaguar has been on a bit of a Concept bender recently, and today we are here to tell you about the most recent feat of engineering to come from our favorite British automaker. Named the Jaguar C-X75 Hybrid Supercar, this beastly racer is being hailed as one of the most powerful and efficient cars to ever be created.
Designers at Jaguar brag that this new vehicle has the efficiency of a low-emissions city car but can also go from 0 - 100 mph in under six seconds. The secret lies under the hood where some of the most advanced auto parts currently in production have been utilized to maximize this vehicle's performance.
While you would expect a vehicle that can achieve 502 horsepower to have a classic V12 Jaguar engine, this supercar concept takes a different approach to power. The C-X75 is powered by a twin charged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine as well as four separate electric motors positioned behind each wheel of the vehicle. This car has a top-speed of 220 mph and can rev up to 10,000 rpm.
